Our standard processing estimate is 1-2 business days, followed by an estimated 5-6 business days in transit. Eligible contiguous-U.S. standard shipping is free. 7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of recorded delivery after written authorization. Return costs depend on the reason, and approved refunds are issued within 5 business days after approval and inspection; banks may take up to 10 additional business days to post them. 8. Installation and Customer Responsibilities
Unless expressly included on a product page, assembly, installation, foundation work, anchoring, permits, utility checks, and compliance with local rules are the customer’s responsibility.
