Payment Policy

This policy explains how prices and payments are presented and processed on gardennestte.shop.

Currency and Prices

Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). The product price, applicable discounts, estimated taxes, and free standard shipping status are displayed before the customer submits the order.

Payment Methods

We accept only the payment methods displayed as available in Shopify checkout at the time of purchase. Available methods can vary by device, location, order value, or payment provider. We do not ask customers to send full card details by email or text message.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated using the delivery address and shown during checkout before the order is submitted. Customers are responsible for any tax that applicable law requires them to pay.

Authorization and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment provider to process the displayed amount. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may verify payment, contact information, inventory, price, or delivery eligibility before fulfillment.

If payment is declined or authorization cannot be completed, the order may not be accepted. A pending bank authorization is controlled by the customer's financial institution and can remain visible temporarily even when an order fails or is canceled.

Pricing or Listing Errors

We work to keep pricing and product information accurate. If an obvious material price or listing error affects an order, we may contact the customer for instructions or cancel the affected item before fulfillment. A canceled amount will be refunded to the original payment method; we will not substitute a higher price without the customer's agreement.

Payment Security

Checkout payments are handled by Shopify and the payment providers shown at checkout. Gardennestte receives transaction and order information needed to fulfill, support, prevent fraud, and account for purchases, but does not ask customers to transmit sensitive payment credentials through ordinary email.
